City Yoga was founded to cultivate a community that allows students to escape the stresses of city life by diving deep into positivity and elevation of mind, body, and spirit. There are so many wonderful reasons to engage in a yoga practice. Yoga can help you reduce stress, feel happier, and sleep better. In addition, it can also help you lose weight, increase flexibility, and improve balance.
