Katie Sterbens

Katie‘s repertoire as a yoga instructor extends from the Ayurveda retreats of England to the sandy shores of Maui. Studying yoga in the heart of Peru, she has over three years of professional experience. Her diverse practice ranges from Yin Yoga to Power Flow, and becoming a certified Reiki Master has provided an additional layer of healing to her teachings. Katie's eclectic education matches her eclectic taste in music, creating a rich auditory experience during each practice. Katie is passionate and dedicated to always creating a safe and transformative space for her students in every session.

Brianna Hawk

Brianna Hawk is a New York-based yoga and somatics instructor who also dances professionally. She started practicing yoga in high school to complement her dance training and other movement modalities. Brianna graduated in 2019 with a BFA in dance from The University of the Arts Philadelphia. Her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification was accomplished in the sacred valley of Peru with The School of Yoga Institute. Brianna is also currently continuing her education by pursuing a masters in clinical mental health counseling.

Katrina Naidas

Katrina Naidas is a retired Latin Dance performer who has found a passion and a home in teaching yoga and other modalities of movement. Teaching 6 years in her practice, she also brings over 20 years of studied dance experience. Heart-opening on and off the mat, she is receptive to optimizing flows according to specific fitness and performance goals. Katrina is well known for adding a dynamic and expressive style to her practice, while still honoring the traditions and inclusiveness of yoga as a moving meditation.

Sophie  Ciokajlo

Sophie started taking Vinyasa Yoga classes in high school, which led her to accomplish the 250 hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2020. In addition to yoga, she has graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance. She trained at the American Ballet Theatre and the school of Paul Taylor American Modern Dance, to name a few. Throughout the tri-state area, Sophie performed principal and soloist roles in a variety of works, including Giada Ferrone's "The Nutcracker NYC: A Contemporary Ballet." and she even spent a summer performing at the Florence Dance Festival. Sophie enjoys blending her substantial dance training with yoga principles and ideas to help her students develop artistry and athleticism within their practice.

Hari Gopal

Hari Gopal Kaur is a recognized health and wellness expert quadrilingual in French, German, Italian and English. She has been studying and teaching Kundalini yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan (Healing Technique) since 1997 in New York and abroad. She is the only Kundalini yoga teacher in the US with a Level Two Degree from the Amrit Nam Sarovar Aquarian Academy in France. Studying the healing technique of Sat Nam Rasayan exclusively with the Master Guru Dev Singh Khalsa of Rome, Italy since 1997, Hari is a certified Level One and Level Two Sat Nam Rasayan Healer.
